Vikings – Copyright. MGM Entertainment The sixth and final season of Vikings has begun, and one of the largest questions on the lips of subscribers is “are seasons 1 to 6 of Vikings on Netflix??”. Sadly this isn’t the case
yet but we are hopeful that Vikings will be coming to Netflix in the near future. The historical drama is available on Netflix in plenty of other regions and here’s where you can stream them. Vikings is a historical drama created by Michael Hirst for the history channel. The series is based upon the Norse sagas of Ragnar Lodbrok, a legendary Scandanavian king that paved the way for the Viking age in Europe. Vikings has been extremely popular since its debut in 2013, with many disappointed that the series will come to and after six seasons. Are Seasons 1-6 of Vikings on Netflix US? At the time of writing Vikings is still not available to stream on Netflix. The historical-drama is available to stream on Amazon Prime and Hulu where episodes will arrive the following day after airing on the History Channel. It’s unclear how long Hulu and Amazon Prime have the license to Vikings for. When the license to Vikings is available, Netflix will certainly be putting their hand in to acquire the series, this is because of Vikings is the prequel to the upcoming Netflix Original series Vikings Valhalla. Is Vikings on Netflix in other regions? With the addition of spin-off Vikings Valhalla arriving in the future, Netflix will definitely look to license Vikings for the UK. Canadians with access to the History Channel can stream the latest episodes of Vikings. This Is Us spoilers follow. It's been a long road, but the Pearson family in their many timelines have said goodbye for good with one absolute blubfest of a finale. The Big Three – Kevin Justin Hartley, Kate Chrissy Metz and Randall Sterling K Brown – have had a messy old time dealing with the rollercoaster that is love and life, with their shared and personal traumas playing a huge role in who they have their mother Rebecca Mandy Moore getting sicker by the day throughout the final season, and This Is Us being a celebrated tearjerker, the show was only going to end in one way... Yet we still weren't prepared for just how many tears were shed as we left the gang to move forward with their lives. NBC Universal Unfortunately, we'll never know what the rest of life has in store for the three siblings, as This Is Us boss Dan Fogelman made it very clear the show is ending after these episodes, and by all accounts there is little to no chance of the show coming the show launched in 2016, This Is Us has been praised for its unique and frank insight into familial tragedy, shared joy in the little moments, and what it means to be a family when you are all on different life won four primetime Emmy awards and had no less than 238 nominations and accolades in the five years since, sending the cast into the A-list. But in May 2021, it was confirmed after long speculation that the upcoming episodes would be the show's last. Fogelman had suggested for years that this would be the show's stopping point, allowing him to tell the full story he wanted to as it jumps back and forth in time. NBC It seemed he got his wish, with the series getting a three-season renewal all the way back in 2019, but talk of this cementing the show to its logical conclusion started even before this was given the go-ahead. At a For Your Consideration event in 2018, Fogelman said "We're pretty far out."We know where it ends and we know the path for each season. We've always had a plan, we didn't want to get stuck."The show won't overstay its welcome, we have a story to tell, we want to do this the right way." NBC Showrunner Isaac Aptaker added to Deadline the following year "I would hope that when we reach our ending, people think it's a really satisfying end place that makes sense, and it feels like they've watched something that is a complete piece of work because that's really how we're trying to plan it."We've had this end in mind for a long time, so we're able to plan for it and try to make it feel like it's a whole, as opposed to a series that's going to go endlessly."Granted, there was hope that the show could have lasted longer as it took into account modern-day events into its storytelling. Most notably, of course, was coronavirus, which was addressed throughout season five and shut down production for a number of months. But alas, the writers have stuck with the initial plan, and ahead of its debut on January 4, 2022, Fogelman wrote on Twitter "Hard to process that our final season starts tonight. We care deeply, and have worked extremely hard to close this story out right."If you've stuck with us this long thank you. It's been the ride of a lifetime. A lot more story left. You'll get all your answers." NBC Universal Ahead of the finale airing, Fogelman doubled down on his insistence that his time exploring the wonderful but troubled world of the Pearsons was over. He said via ET Online "My well is pretty dry right now and I think we wanted to end the show when we thought we were at our creative strong point before it got too tiring, too hard for us to come up with ways to keep it special and interesting. I feel this is the right endpoint. "Who knows what change of heart or midlife crisis brings but I feel like we've put these stories to bed now. Certainly for quite a bit of them." Maarten de BoerNBC Universal Prior to this, he had also asserted than a spin-off was out of the question too. "Once you've seen the completion of season six, the stories of these characters are told," he explained to Variety. "So there is no real spin-off because you kind of know everything."Is there another play for the show? "I guess you'd never say never, but I don't see it. It's personal to me, and I don't see myself picking this thing back up."During the course of the finale, Randall's story in particular was left open, with the adopted son of Jack and Rebecca launching a career in politics with potential to go far. But even with that strand being left dangling, Fogleman has no plans to pull on it. NBC Universal "In my mind's eye, I know what happens to Randall and his family but it's meant to not be answered and to end on promise," the boss teased. "And to let the audience decide what they think happened to Randall. Did we watch an origin story without realising we were watching one of the future leaders of the free world? "Or was it a completion of Randall's arc to not push further in his career and settle into a role where he's comfortable?" Either way, one thing is clear – we're going to have to be comfortable that we're likely never seeing these characters again. If you need us, we'll be on our sofa with some ice-cream as we cry our way through a rewatch. Farewell, Pearsons. It's been a blast. You can help the wiki by organizing the following information chronologically based on how the information applies to the series. This template can be removed once the section has been organized. Some sources, such as the Cartoon Network Asia website[15] and LEGO's YouTube channel,[16] claim that Prime Empire and Master of the Mountain are the same season, that being Season 2 of the WildBrain-animated Ninjago series. However, the seasons are two separate "chapters" and are were simply combined this way on platforms due to cable networks buying both seasons as one instead of making two separate purchases.[17] 2020 content was first revealed to exist by a LEGO designer on The Eljay Johnsen Show.[18] Zane doesn't have a Digi suit in any of the known sets so far. His Digi suit was seen in a poster lift out from an issue of Ninjago Magazine and a trading card. This is the third season to have all of the ninja use their robes from the previous season. According to Tommy Andreasen, this season was inspired by the Polybius urban legend.[19] It was also inspired by Blade Runner and the 2010 sequel of Tron, Tron Legacy.[20] Other games that inspired the season were Street Fighter II, Dance Dance Revolution, The Legend of Zelda, Super Mario Bros., Contra, and WipeOut.[21] This season featured Cyrus Borg's first speaking role since The Hands of Time. While he appeared in March of the Oni, he did not speak at any point in the season. It also marks Borg's Nindroid Sentries' first appearance since the Season 6 episode "Public Enemy Number One." The intro for the season is similar to the intro for the previous season in that it changes with every episode, showcasing the events of the previous episode. It is also the second intro to not feature the "Masters of Spinjitzu" subtitle or use episode numbering and is the fifth consecutive intro to not showcase the ninja's names. It also features a new rendition of The Weekend Whip. Just like many previous seasons, the antagonists of the season manage to complete the thing the ninja spent the whole season trying to prevent, but are later defeated before they can win. The new rendition of The Weekend Whip, titled "The Arcadian Whip", was released on March 15, 2020. This is the first season to feature Airjitzu since Season 7, although this season's Airjitzu is not real or physical, but rather a power-up in the game. It premiered in Taiwan in English and Mandarin on March 21, 2020, and on March 29, 2020, in Japan. A promo airing on Cartoon Network Asia mistakenly calls this season Secrets of the Forbidden Spinjitzu.[22] With this season having only 16 episodes equal to eight 22-minute episodes, it is as long as Season 3 and Season 13 and tied with them as the second shortest seasons after Season 10. According to Bragi Schut, there was a small nod to a future Ninjago installment at some point near the end of the season, similar to how Milton Dyer was referenced at the end of the Ice Chapter in Season 11.[23] It's possible that this refers to the ogre mentions in "Would You Like to Enter Prime Empire?" and "One Step Forward, Two Steps Back," foreshadowing the role of the Munce, an ogre-like species. This is the second season in a row where there are two villainous factions and the fourth overall. The seasons with two villainous factions are Seasons 2, 9, 11, and 12. Even though there are two villainous factions, Unagami's army has a much higher role than The Mechanic's henchmen, as it appears in every episode of Season 12, while The Mechanic's henchmen only appear in 4 episodes. According to Tommy Andreasen in the chat of a stream hosted by Joshua Deck on YouTube, there was an unproduced episode "After the Speedway Five Billion, the Keytana was [stolen] by the rats. The ninja recruited the League and had to enter the highly glitchy sewers and face[24] Atta the Ratta. The rat king was an unfinished mess that could only be remedied by the Keytana... The Rats weren't so bad after all."[citation needed] This season shares some similarities to Season 6 Jay is the focus and mascot character. Jay is separated from the rest of the team for a few episodes before rejoining the group, and was held captive by the Sky Pirates for part of Season 6 and enters Prime Empire before the other ninja in Season 12. The ninja team is taken down one by one until only Jay and Nya are left, giving the other ninja fewer episode appearances. In the following episode, A version of Zane makes an unexpected and humorous appearance, that being Echo Zane in Season 6 and Zane's detective persona in Season 12. Jay ultimately "defeats" the villain in a way other than physical combat, making Nadakhan reverse the events of Season 6 and being able to empathize with Unagami's feelings of abandonment as well as bringing Milton Dyer to him in order for them to make amends and release the players in Prime Empire in Season 12. The season started releasing on Cartoon Network in America on July 19, with the first four episodes airing. They continued to release on Sundays, with two episodes per week. Kai regains the bottom half of his scar in "I am Okino," after missing it since animation switched from WILFilm ApS to WildBrain in 2019. Despite this season mostly focusing on Jay, Nya appears in more episodes than any of the Ninja, including Jay. Though Ninjago can be considered a science-fantasy story, this is the only season without any notable fantasy elements, technically making it the only season within the sci-fi genre. Rebooted and Decoded are also very technology-focused, but the main villain of both is the Overlord, who fits the category of "fantasy villain" first and foremost. Amount of times a different character reads a title card Jay 6 Okino 2 Unagami 1 Kai 1 Cole 1 Nya 1 Lloyd 1 Racer Seven 1 Zane 1 1 This makes Jay announcing the most amount of title cards while multiple characters are tied for the least with one. This makes it the fourth season that Wu doesn't announce episode titles. Cyrus Borg was previously slightly redesigned in Season 10, having a new hairstyle and slightly smaller glasses. However, in this season he has his original hairstyle and larger silver glasses again. This season calls back to several elements from earlier seasons, such as the Triple Tiger Sashay, Buddy's Pizza, and Mister Cuddlywomp. According to Andreasen, there was a scrapped concept including Jay's mother being trapped in Prime Empire and Jay's Elemental Powers being crucial to her survival.[25] According to Andreasen, he never considered having guest cameos in the season.[26] Focus characters Protagonists Jay serves as the focus ninja and mascot character of this season. Having the main role for this season, he was shown to have great video game skills and knowledge which helped the ninja escape dangerous situations. He was focused on in Episodes 129, 132, 136, 137, 143, and 144. In Episode 129, he activated Prime Empire and was the first ninja to enter the game. In Episode 132, the ninja attempted to find Jay after he entered the game. He was also shown as the leader of the League of Jay's. In Episode 136, Jay was the only Ninja who had enough stealth to steal the Keytana from the Red Dragon. He attempted to do so and ultimately destroyed the dragon and gained a chance to use it for his own purpose. His ability to dance along with Nya in Episode 137 allowed the ninja to win a dance competition and enter the Speedway Five-Billion. In Episode 143, he and Nya are able to get through the first half of the Temple of Madness but is forced to go on his own after Nya is cubed. His conversation and fight with Unagami is vital as it provides insight into Unagami's identity and his plan to find Milton Dyer. He also gains control of his Blue Dragon which he uses for the only time. He fights Unagami in Episode 144 with his Blue Dragon in Ninjago City and is able to lead him to Borg Tower where he confronts Unagami and calms the latter down, which causes Milton Dyer's apology to Unagami for the past and make amends. Nya is a prominent character in this season. She was focused on in Episodes 137 and 143. She dances with Jay in Episode 137 which allows the ninja to win a dance competition and enter the Speedway Five-Billion. In Episode 143, she and Jay work together to get through the first half of The Temple of Madness but gets cubed which causes Jay to get briefly emotionally devastated. Lloyd is another prominent character in this season. He was focused on in Episodes 138 and 140. He convinced Racer Seven in Episode 138 to join their team and break her programming by winning the race. This allowed the ninja to obtain the Yellow Key-Tana. In Episode 140, his fight with Avatar Harumi is one of the highlights of the season as he contemplates whether to fight her. Although Lloyd wasn't a focus when the ninja were in Terra Karana, he was the main ninja who convinced Okino to find his true identity. Kai and Cole have significant roles in certain episodes. Kai thought he was invincible when he entered Prime Empire and lost three out of four lives to start the game in Episode 132. He saved the ninja team in Episode 135 at the Cliffs of Hysteria. Because of Kai purchasing his own avatar in Episode 137, Jay and Nya had no other option but to enter a dancing competition to get enough credits to enter the Speedway Five-Billion. Cole was focused on in Episode 131, where he plays the Prime Empire video game and unlocks the thirteenth level, allowing the ninja to go after Jay. Kai and Cole sacrifice themselves in Episode 139 to allow Lloyd, Nya, and Jay a fighting chance to win the Speedway Five-Billion. Zane plays a minor role for most of this season but does play a prominent part in the end. He helps Wu, and interrogate Mrs. Dyer in Episode 137. He is also captured in Episode 142 by The Mechanic's henchmen and is used as a bargaining chip to get Zane to reveal the Prime Empire motherboard. Antagonists Unagami served as the main antagonist of this season. After being shut down and abandoned by Milton Dyer, Unagami became the ruler of Prime Empire and spent years plotting his revenge. During his time, Unagami allied with the Mechanic and several other villains to help him with his goal to cross over to Ninjago so he can face Milton Dyer. Once he crossed over, Unagami attacked Ninjago City during his search for Milton Dyer until he battled against Jay. And later forgave Milton Dyer after he explained why he had to shut him down. The Mechanic served as the secondary antagonist of this season. After escaping from Kryptarium Prison, the Mechanic became in league with Unagami and helped him with his plan to cross over to Ninjago. During his association with Unagami, the Mechanic was tasked to find the Prime Empire motherboard to resurface Prime Empire and create the Manifestation Gate from Ninjago's side, allowing Unagami to leave Prime Empire and confront Milton Dyer. Other important antagonists include the Red Visors, Avatar Harumi Episode 140, Sushimi Episode 143, the Hostess Episode 143, Sushimi's sushi chefs Episode 143, Richie, Ritchie, the Red Dragon Episode 136, Ultra Violet Episode 131, and Captain Soto Episode 131. The Red Visors appeared in Episodes 132, 134-135, 137-139, and 143-144. Due to being programmed to eliminate Unagami's enemies, the Red Visors became a major threat to the ninja when they were at Prime Empire. During the attack by Unagami, the Red Visors crossed over to Ninjago and attacked the citizens. After Unagami made amends with Milton Dyer, the Red Visors redeemed themselves and returned to Prime Empire. During the ninja's time in Prime Empire, the Whack Rats became allies with Unagami and helped him with his plans. In Episode 134, the Whack Rats ambushed the ninja at the Forest of Discontent. Altough they failed, Ritchie tricked the ninja by leading them to the Red Visors in a glitch, losing several of their lives. In Episode 139, the Whacks Rats compete with the ninja and the other racers in the Speedway Five-Billion. During the attack by Unagami, the Whack Rats crossed over to Ninjago and attacked the citizens, but redeemed themselves and return to Prime Empire after Unagami made amends with Milton Dyer. In Episode 136, the Red Dragon fought the ninja for the purple Key-Tana. In Episode 140, after Lloyd was chosen to fight the boss in the battle arena, Unagami created an avatar of Harumi to let Lloyd's guard down. Although Avatar Harumi's deception worked at first, Lloyd was able to realize that Avatar Harumi wasn't the real Harumi and defeat her, but at a cost of his last life. In Episode 143, Sushimi, Sushimi's sushi chefs, and the Hostess battled against Jay and Nya at Sushimi's sushi restaurant. Unagami's army and the Mechanic's henchmen served as the villainous factions of this season. Upon discovering the ninja's plan to enter Prime Empire and rescue the trapped players, Unagami ordered the NPCs in league with him and the Kryptarium inmates to prevent the ninja from stopping him. After associating with Unagami, the Mechanic recruited the henchmen to help find the Prime Empire motherboard and construct the Manifestation Gate from Ninjago. However, after Unagami crossed over to Ninjago, the Mechanic's henchmen were some of the many people that were attacked. This Is Us spoilers follow. The end is approaching for This Is Us and we're not quite ready to say goodbye to the Pearson clan just yet. Seeing as season five ended in typically jaw-dropping fashion, hitting fans with yet another major twist at the end of its finale, there are some big questions that now need answering. With season six confirmed to be the show's last, we can surely expect the final run of episodes to be the most dramatic and tear-jerking season five was hit by Covid-related delays season six will air completely uninterrupted. Will The Big Three – Kevin, Kate and Randall – finally learn to grapple with their traumas and build towards a more positive future? Here's what we know so far about the final season. NBC Universal This Is Us season 6 release date When will it air? This Is Us launched its final episodes on Tuesday, January 4 on NBC in the US. Season six airs on Prime Video and Disney+ in the UK on Thursdays, following the US breaks away from the traditional launch time of September/October, having been the crown jewel in the broadcaster's autumn while fans have had to wait longer than usual for the episodes thanks, Covid this new slot does come with the added benefits of there being no midseason break. NBC "We know that saying goodbye to the Pearsons is going to be hard enough. So what we wanted to do is honour the fans and get them as close to an uninterrupted run as we could," NBC network chairman Frances Berwick explained via Deadline. The final season will run for 18 episodes. This Is Us season 6 spoilers What's the plot? NBC Universal In a shock to absolutely no one, prepare for some tears in the final season – with company executives apparently reduced to floods after being told what would happen. This Is Us absolutely revels in blindsiding its fans – usually by tricking us into thinking we're watching one time period, when really we're getting a glimpse of another – but the season-five finale really did drop one of the biggest shocks of the series the beginning of the episode, we saw Kevin seemingly preparing his vows for his marriage to Madison. However, as it was later revealed, their wedding didn't actually go we were really watching was a four-year flash-forward, in which Kevin was preparing to officiate for his sister Kate's wedding. But it's not Toby she's marrying, it's her frosty music teacher boss Phillip. Cue audible how these events transpired will no doubt take up a significant chunk of the final season, Chris Sullivan, who plays Toby, said he had known about the eventual split for a while, with the couple's widening "communication gap" playing a huge role. NBCNBC Universal As we also saw in the flash-forward, Nicky is now married to a mystery lady and things between Kevin and Madison, who share twins together, seem to be pretty amicable. Are they still together in some capacity or have they simply learned to be friends? Then, of course, there's the matter of the Pearson matriarch's dwindling health. It was back in season four that we got a glimpse of an ailing Rebecca, seemingly on her deathbed at a distant point in the future. We know that her dementia will worsen in the coming years – to the point that she doesn't even recognise her own son Randall – and we're fully expecting those scenes to be a difficult creator Dan Fogelman has indeed teased some heart-wrenching moments for the final season, telling EW "There's one storyline that's one of our stakes in the ground for season six that when I speak about it, my eyes start welling up with tears. And I'm not a crier.""The show spans a lot of time and, especially where we're going deeper into our final season, you're going to see the completion of a lot of journeys," Fogelman told The Hollywood Reporter. "Whether that means life and death or romantically. Because we spend more time than just exists linearly, we'll hopefully be able to complete all of our stories and journeys, however long that takes in the calendar time in the show. But in terms of who is going to live or die, I can’t really say that part.""There's a lot of closure, but there's also new beginnings," Chrissy Metz said via Collider. "There will be a lot of things tied up – beginnings and endings, maybe of people's lives and relationships. And ego and pride. [...] Because we are seeing so much take place, whether it's with Rebecca or a relationship such as Kate and Toby's. Also, there's already heightened emotion because it's the last season, so I definitely think it will be the most emotional. But also there's going to be a lot of contentment.""The reference point I give are those sprawling family novels that some people really dig into," Fogelman continued. "I'm one of them, my entire life. I'm actually reading one now that I'm really enjoying, All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr. The ones that have always spoken to me are the ones where you feel like you've gone on a real journey with the characters who are intrinsically linked, often by family. You close the book and feel like you've been told a complete story."Along with that, my hope would be that there's a positive and optimistic message for the show, in trying to put something positive into the world at a difficult time that would hopefully make people feel something. And, hopefully, the thing they feel isn't just sadness or ugliness, but it's also kind of beautiful and quiet. That's my hope for the end of it. Whether we get there or not won’t be for us to judge. But, that's the goal."So, it sounds like there'll also be plenty of happiness to go around, with Kevin actor Justin Hartley revealing that the Pearsons will end up in "a really good place". "From what I gather from what we've shot, it seems they're in a really good place," he told TV Insider. "They all seem to be dancing around like happy idiots. Hopefully, they're all in a really good place. They'll have drama getting there, I'm sure." NBC Universal This Is Us season 6 cast Who will be in it?Naturally, the whole Pearson family are back for the final season, including Milo Ventimiglia Jack, Mandy Moore Rebecca, Sterling K Brown Randall, Chrissy Metz Kate and Justin Hartley Kevin. As we know, Jack died in a tragic house fire many years ago, but that won't stop him playing a pivotal part in these last remaining episodes, by way of Thompson Madison, Susan Watson Beth, Chris Sullivan Toby, Jon Huertas Miguel, Eris Baker Tess, Faithe Herman Annie and Lyric Ross Deja will all undoubtedly feature, we can also expect to see a lot more of Chris Geere as Phillip and Kate's romance Is Us season 6 trailer When can we watch it? The official final season trailer dropped in November, and saw matriarch Rebecca's health in rapid decline as her dementia takes even more of a hold. Set to a rendition of 'Time After Time' by Chrissy Metz's Kate, Rebecca is heard warning "I'm losing my memory. Sometimes I think about what my very last memory will be before the candle goes out."We also got a retrospective look through the years of the Pearson family, as the series prepares to wind to a close. Toward the end of the flashbacks, we see Miguel Jon Huertas putting the cake with 41 on the table while Kevin and Kate blow out the candles. At first glance, Taken seems a lame attempt at cashing in on the Liam Neeson movies of the same name. Yet once you watch an episode or two, you realize that the prequel as this TV show is could be pretty good. Now NBC has canned it, will Netflix pick up Taken?I hope so but I doubt Netflix will pick it up. It didn’t review well and didn’t get the numbers of viewers that made it a viable option for NBC so I’m not sure it has the appeal or following of some of the other canceled shows Netflix has picked up in the the TV showTaken is set before the movies and follows former Green Beret and CIA agent Bryan Mills as he learns his new trade and has to deal with some tragedy. The TV show ran for two seasons of 10 episodes each before being axed by NBC last original showrunner, Alexander Cary left after season 1 and new guy Greg Plageman had different ideas he wanted to explore in season 2. This led to Gaius Charles, Brooklyn Sudano, Monique Gabriela Curnen, Michael Irby, Jose Pablo Cantillo, and James Landry HĂ©bertwill all leaving the show. Even though the director of the Taken movies, Luc Besson stayed on as executive producer, it wasn’t enough to save the stars Clive Standen as Bryan Mills, Jennifer Beals as Christina Hart, Gaius Charles as John, Monique Gabriela Cumen as Vlasik and James Landry HĂ©bert as Hebert. The cast is probably the highlight of this TV series. Each character is well cast and very capable. The chemistry between the main protagonists is realistic and they all seem to gel well on screen. It’s a shame that they fragmented for season 2 as I think it would have been much better received than it was had the original cast season 1Taken season 1 is the origin story of Bryan Mills where we see the ex-Green Beret begin his CIA career and watches his sister get killed in a terrorist attack. The attack was revenge from Carlos Mejia, a Mexican drug lord whom Mills had operated against in his army days and somehow he was able to be traced and his sister attacked and killed. The rest of the season follows Mills as he trains and gains new skills and goes after rest of the season develops as Mills gradually climbs the ladder to Mejia while working for the CIA, shooting bad guys and saving the 1 is a formulaic journey that we have all seen before. Clive Standen is a credible actor but doesn’t have the presence of Liam Neeson or the acting season 2Taken season 2 develops Mills’ character more by placing him in a Mexican prison. He promptly escapes but is involved in a plane crash with a murder witness played by Alexander Draper. They have to survive the elements and hunters to get home. Then the series turns into standard CIA vs terrorists faire with Mills hunting various bad guys for various reasons to make America though the original story has evolved into a procedural, the acting and screenwriting is good enough to carry you through. The change in direction from season 1 is a little disappointing but there is only so much origin story you can tell over 20 episodes. As long as you don’t think you’re getting sophisticated storytelling or amazing acting, you won’t be disappointed with Taken. Homeland this is Netflix continue Taken? Will Netflix continue Taken? I don’t think so. Whenever Netflix has picked up a previously canceled TV show, that show has had a cult following or some appeal that makes it worth investing in. Taken has nothing original, no hook that will attract new viewers and no unique feature that sets it apart from other TV shows just like have all see TV shows on the war on terror and while it works well, it has limited appeal both domestically and internationally. Outside the US, the CIA doesn’t have a great reputation and global audiences are a little jaded at yet another American saving the the TV show as a prequel and the cast were the saving grace of Taken. The movies were excellent and the character played by Neeson was believable. Origin stories always work well, nearly always anyway. Poor reviews, low Rotten Tomatoes scores and mediocre Metacritic scores didn’t do the series any favors you watch the Taken TV show? Like it? Hated it?
